After the "10,000 tickets at one euro" for Ouigo Train Classique, here are the "10,000 vouchers of 10 euros" for Ouigo. As the summer season approaches, the SNCF draws new attractive promotions, in order to allow popular families to travel by train. The railway company will offer, this Monday, these vouchers valid for one year through a contest on its social networks.
"10 euros may seem modest, but I remind you that on the Ouigo network one ticket out of two is displayed at less than 25 euros, justifies Christophe Fanichet, CEO of SNCF Voyageurs. With this offer, three out of four tickets will be less than 40 euros! The windfall is likely to cause a torrent of demand. Two weeks ago, the 10,000 Ouigo Train Classique tickets for one euro were sold out in just a few minutes. The craze forced the railway company to put another 10,000 tickets on sale at this more than affordable price.
A helping hand for young people
At the same time, young people under the age of 28 will be able to try to win 10,000 Avantage cards at one euro, against 49 euros in normal times. "We want to specifically target this audience," says Christophe Fanichet. They have a more constrained budget and are also more attentive to the carbon footprint of their travel. Finally, they are ambassadors to adults. »
This summer young people will also benefit from many attractive offers on the TER network, managed by the regions. "All of them offer great offers!" says Christophe Fanichet. Occitanie, for example, is introducing one-euro tickets for those under 25, as it did last year, while Pays de la Loire offers a "youth pass" at 25 euros allowing unlimited travel in July and August.
