Investors in ice cream: Ben & Jerry's is establishing a factory with an investment of NIS 130 million/Avi Rokah
Ben & Jerry's Israel is establishing a new factory in Israel, in the new industrial area of Kiryat Gat, with an estimated investment of approximately NIS 130 million.
The factory is currently located in the Be'er Tuvia industrial area and covers an area of 10 dunams, while the new factory is expected to open in 2026, over an area of about 20 dunams.
The new Ben & Jerry's Israel factory is expected to contain innovative production lines with advanced technologies, with the aim of expanding into other fields such as the production of tylons, slagoons and cassettes.
In addition, the new factory will open a first-of-its-kind visitor center in Israel, a flagship store of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and a logistics center that is one of the most advanced in the field of food in Israel.
Today Ben & Jerry's makes up about 50% of the family package market in Israel.
With the opening of the new factory, Ben & Gris is expected to bring innovations in the field of ice creams and snacks, to increase the variety along with the expansion of the bakery division of the Brunz & Crantz brand, with the products: Parzel, Belgian waffles, Blinches and more.
