The facts described by the victims are extraordinary.
This Wednesday, January 31, the magazine

released an edifying investigation into the PAF's best-known psychoanalyst, Gérard Miller, 75, in which three women accuse him of sexual assault and rape, particularly during sessions under hypnosis.
Among them, the journalist and ex-partner of comedian Stéphane Guillon, Muriel Cousin, who delivers her story for the first time.

In 1990, she was 23 years old when she agreed to be the “guinea pig” of the doctor, then 42 years old, for the first sessions under hypnosis.

Then to relay the words of Muriel Cousin: “Suddenly, something in my brain brought me out of torpor.
I told myself that something unusual was happening.
He was touching my breasts under my sweater.
I also felt his hand pass over my penis, over the pants.
Faintness
Muriel Cousin explains, at the time, that she did not tell anyone about it.
When she returned from the session, one of her colleagues nevertheless noticed her discomfort.
“I asked him how the session went.
She completely closed herself off,” the latter declared to the media.
Later, Stéphane Guillon, who then shared the journalist's life, would be informed of this episode.
“Muriel talked to me about it from the start of our relationship.
Every time she saw Miller on television, everything came back to life,” he confides.
If the investigation does not specify what pushed Muriel Cousin to speak today, almost eighteen years later, an event could be one of the triggers: the broadcast of the extract from a documentary by the psychoanalyst, dating from 2011. In
The ruses of desire
, Gérard Miller had questioned, “with relish”, the director Benoît Jacquot about his relationship with Judith Godrèche, when she was 14 and he was 40. The sequence has resurfaced on social networks after the actress spoke in December 2022. The latter denounced the controlling relationship with the filmmaker, toxic and traumatic.
“Play a game”
Camille*, who preferred to remain anonymous, also accuses Gérard Miller, but this time of rape.
The facts date back to 2004, when she went to the set of “We tried everything”, in which the psychoanalyst served as a columnist.
At that time, the young woman was 19 years old.
Him, 55. At the end of the show, she and a friend decide to wait for him to ask for his autograph.
The latter then invites them to accompany him to the Palais des Glaces where one of his friends' show is taking place, before finally offering to end the evening at his place, in a private mansion not far from Place Voltaire.
After a few glasses of alcohol, things got out of control, explains Camille to

The psychoanalyst instructs them to “play a game” which he practices with his patients.
A game where you have to lie down on the bed in your room and close your eyes.
“He told us to imagine ourselves in a desert with a horse, while telling us that this horse represented our lover.”
Camille feels Miller's hands approaching her chest, but does not react, while her friend decides to leave.
“I thought he was old and ugly, but something inside me made me believe I could trust him.”
There, “Camille describes a rape”.
“It’s like a trap closing on me.
I can no longer move, I am a dead body that trembles, a doll that can be undressed and to which you can do whatever you want,” she recalls.
And this sentence, which Miller would have whispered to him: “I could be your teacher and you will be my student.”
Finally, Claire*, another alleged victim aged 19 in 1995, accuses the doctor.
The latter, who was then the babysitter of his children, reported a sexual assault while he was driving her home.
“As he was dropping me off, he suddenly touched my breasts and tried to kiss me.
He was older than my mother, I looked after his children, it wasn't possible!
I pushed him away and crashed out of the car.
The other day, when I saw him apologizing on a show for this documentary on Benoît Jacquot, I found it unbearable,” she reports.
Deviant behavior
Furthermore, other personalities described in this investigation the often inappropriate behaviors and proposals of the columnist.
Actress Cécile Rebboah reports that Gérard Miller called her around 10 p.m. to invite her to dinner when she was only 20 years old.
And Anna Mouglalis remembers an episode with him, is only 19 years old.
Invited to his home as part of the filming of

, a film in which she starred and for which Miller was a screenwriter, she relates: “He immediately talked to me about visiting his home cinema in the basement, I refused.
He then suggests a hypnosis session, which I also decline.
I tell myself that nothing is going well with this meeting.
He tells me that he is going to give my lines to another actress.”
According to the actress, all the actresses present on the set spoke of “problematic behavior”.
And one of them allegedly had sexual intercourse with him during a hypnosis session.

thus provides numerous testimonies showing a “mode of operation” on the part of Gérard Miller.
Note, however, that it is not specified anywhere in the investigation whether these alleged victims filed a complaint against the psychoanalyst.
The latter has still not reacted to these accusations and remains presumed innocent.
