The SUBE card can be registered from this Tuesday until Friday in person at the
Once and Tigre railway terminals
, reported the Ministry of Transportation.
Having the card registered allows the user to access the differential rate that will come into effect
on April 1, 2024,
while people who do not have their SUBE registered
will pay a higher public transportation rate,
although they will be able to register their card in later dates to access the benefit.
This Tuesday the general increase in bus and train fares begins to be applied.
SUBE agents will be located in the hall of the Once station and at the Tigre train station,
between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
, to assist public transport users who want to register their card in person.
To carry out the procedure, people must come
only with their card and their current National Identity Document (DNI).
In addition, those who do not yet have a card
will be able to purchase one immediately
and take it already registered.
The statement highlighted that, from the age of 3, all users must have their own card and, although the procedure is personal, fathers, mothers or legal guardians can
carry out the procedure on behalf of minors under 18 years of age with your children's ID.
People who have not yet registered the SUBE card, in addition to approaching the operations deployed at the Once and Tigre stations, will be able to complete the procedure through the website (https://www.argentina.gob.ar/sube) ;
also from the SUBE App or in the SUBE Service Centers.
Registration will allow you to access the differentiated rate when the new rate table is applied, and also
recover the balances in case of theft, breakage or loss
of your SUBE cards.
