In total, “I lost 19,000 euros, everything I had saved since I was 18,” she laments.
The young woman was the victim of a variant of the “vishing” scam, i.e. telephone phishing by a person who pretends to be your bank advisor and encourages you to transfer money to other accounts.

In this specific case, Aline, like several other BoursoBank (formerly Boursorama) customers, validated transfers to a new account of which she was the holder.
At least that's what he was led to believe.
