Over the past year, more and more optical brands have been switching to reconditioned products.
The optician Krys, with 1,088 points of sale, has just formed a partnership with the optical platform Seecly.com, specializing in the purchase and sale of second-hand frames.
“We are becoming their exclusive glassmaker,” announces Bruno Censier, director of the Krys Optique et Audition brand.
In other words, frames purchased on this platform will benefit from the quality of Krys lenses.

One clarification – but a significant one – is that it will not be possible to find these frames in stores, they are only available on the Seecly website.
“But optical tracking can be done in store.
And if you need progressive lenses – which requires specific measuring tools – the chosen pair of glasses is sent directly to one of our points of sale in order to make the best adjustments,” he says.
