This thirty-year-old who has lived in Paris for around fifteen years has been sharing her love for yoga since 2018. A physically demanding profession driven by a recent craze for the practice.
The self-employed woman works for dozens of clients: Parisian studios, companies as well as private lessons in small groups.
After a month and a half of training in India, she quickly managed to weave her web and fulfill her schedule.
Until 2023, she provided around twenty hours of lessons per week – “It’s huge” – and earned more than 4,000 euros per month.
Renowned studios then hired him.
Brands request it during sporting events.
Mixed into this intense pace is the “fatigue” of the hours spent each day on public transport, between his different clients.
