It's a weekend of stress and hassle for tens of thousands of users.
Since Thursday February 15 in the evening and until Monday February 19 at 8 a.m., three out of four controllers are on strike.
As a result, only half of the TGV Inouï, Ouigo and Intercités day and night trains are running, including this Sunday.
On the TER network, eight out of ten trains must run, the situation is “disturbed” on Eurostar internationally but “normal” for classic Ouigos, former low-cost Corails.
A movement which comes as more than a million travelers pass through SNCF stations this weekend, in particular vacationers from zones C (Île-de-France and Occitanie) and A (Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy-Franche-Comté).
Some 150,000 travelers “are not going to be able to go” on vacation, the boss of SNCF Voyageurs, Christophe Fanichet, conceded on Friday on BFMTV.
The users concerned thus see their agenda disrupted and their budget cut into.
