Naranja X announced more than 400 new searches

for this year.

This week

he opened the call

for talents who will join new work teams.

"Currently, the company has

2,800 employees

who face challenges and manage to revolutionize people's financial experience," the company explained and added that: "This incorporation plan occurs within a framework of the company's evolution that offers

products and services for the management of personal and commercial finances,

promoting the financial inclusion of its clients, regardless of their age, region or level of banking access."

The

searches are mainly aimed at filling technology roles,

such as Tech Lead (TL) and developers (senior, semi-senior and staff).

There are also

business-oriented positions,

with a focus on improving and enhancing the experience of users and clients, with presence throughout the country, such as Experience and Sales Advisor.

They also explained that the company seeks to cover "positions that focus on strengthening the construction of the digital product, such as UX Content Designer, Product Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Development Analyst, among others.
