For some, it’s “almost” Paris.
It must be said that we can be mistaken: there is the metro in certain cities, the view of the Eiffel Tower for others, or even a semblance of “Parisian life” for the denser ones.
The Hauts-de-Seine department – not always cheaper than the capital – attracts a large number of Parisian workers.
According to INSEE, more than 230,000 people live there while working in Paris, a record!
Le Parisien lists the most favorable municipalities in the department in this case.
Le Parisien has compiled various criteria prejudging the quality of life in the 36 communes of Hauts-de-Seine – share of houses among housing, density of businesses, presence of enough doctors or nature.
But that's not all: because mobility is essential, we have calculated for each of the municipalities the travel time by public transport (Transilien, RER and metro) and by car to reach the center of Paris (Les Halles), the number of metro stations but also the density of cycle paths in the city.
