Returning to his lands, those of the Beauce plain nicknamed

, Matthieu Maisons always had it in the back of his mind.

,” says the man who had initially chosen a career in logistics.
An industrial systems engineer, he worked for several years in the Paris region on optimizing the production processes of the food industry giant Mondelez, known for its Côte d'Or, Toblerone Lu and Oreo brands.
“An experience that we use today for our own production
,” underlines the thirty-year-old.
Because, upon returning home with his partner Clémence, also an engineer by training and specialized in intelligent fabrics, he decided to launch into the manufacture of artisanal chips.
