There are 15,000 to 20,000 of them each year who leave La Grande Muette to sail towards new horizons.
If one in two soldiers have never worked in the civilian sector when they leave the army, nearly 75% of them end up finding a job in the private sector, according to figures published by Défense Mobilities, the organization that supports soldiers in their retraining.
Because these profiles, certainly unusual, represent an asset for certain companies which particularly favor these former soldiers, non-commissioned officers or officers.
Even if retraining is not always successful, these profiles generally do well in the eyes of many bosses, while recruitment difficulties remain.
