there are sectors that present better economic opportunities.
The areas of
Human Resources, Production, Supply and Logistics, for example, are those that show the best "intended" salaries - on average - in Argentina
, according to the latest Labor Market Index from the Bumeran employment portal.
In January, the Human Resources area presented the highest average salaries in junior positions with $406,000 per month, and Production, Supply and Logistics in semi-senior and senior positions with $603,278 per month.
As Carolina Molinaro, Head of Marketing at Jobint, explains, “Production, Supply and Logistics is not only one of the sectors that registers the highest requested salaries.
Furthermore, this sector is the one with the greatest mobility: it receives
the greatest number of applications

“In junior positions, Human Resources salary claims show an increase of 4.77% compared to the previous month.
The sector's average intended salary is 15 percentage points higher than the general junior market average, which is $351,682 per month;
and it is 5 percentage points above the second best paid area, Production, Supply and Logistics with a requested remuneration of 387,275 pesos per month.
In the ranking of areas with the best salary claims,
Technology and Systems follows with $377,109 per month
;
and Administration and Finance with $362,354 per month.
The rest of the sectors remained below the junior average, which is $351,682 per month.
The productive and logistics sector is where the greatest increase in the accumulated annual figure occurs, with an increase of 9.97%.
On the contrary, according to the information on the portal.
And Commercial is the one with the lowest growth with 3.69%.
Precisely, yesterday the agreement reached by the Argentine Federation of Commerce and Services Employees (FAECYS) was announced, which left the initial salary of the activity at $658,000.
According to Bumeran data,
in semi-senior and senior positions, the Production, Supply and Logistics sector showed an increase of 4.48%
compared to the previous month.
The average remuneration of the sector was 13 percentage points higher than the general semi-senior and senior average of the market, which was $534,474 per month;
and it is 4 percentage points above that of Human Resources, with a requested remuneration of $579,300 per month.
The ranking of areas with the best salaries continues with Technology and Systems with $576,175 per month;
and Administration and Finance with $559,105 per month.
The rest of the sectors are below the semi-senior and senior average, which is $534,474 per month.
In year-on-year terms, the Administration and Other
sectors
are the ones that show
the greatest increase, with an increase of 7.04%.
While the Technology and Systems area is the one with the lowest growth with 0.60%.
Other data revealed by the portal shows that the average required salary in January was $510,935 pesos per month.
This means an increase of 5.42% compared to the previous month and an increase of 15.18 percentage points below inflation for the period, which was 20.6%.
In addition, according to the firm,
the required salary gap between men and women decreased by 2 points.
