“Up to 430 euros in benefits”: Hello Bank rolls out the red carpet for Orange Bank customers

All the lights are green to change from orange to blue.

In exclusive negotiations since June 2023, Orange and BNP Paribas have concluded a referencing agreement to allow customers of Orange Bank, whose closure has been confirmed, to switch to Hello Bank, the mobile bank of BNP Paribas, under preferential conditions that we reveal.

Thus, from this Tuesday, in successive waves until the beginning of July, the 400,000 Orange Bank customers who hold a current account there - out of a total of 2 million customers in France and Spain, including one million customers banking services (400,000 eligible for the agreement with Hello Bank; 400,000 without a current account and 200,000 Spanish customers) — will receive a communication formalizing the upcoming interruption of the operator's banking services and the conditions of the agreement with BNP Paribas.

“We recommend that they go to Hello Bank because they benefit from an exclusive offer and a simplified digital journey,” explains Frédéric Niel, CEO of Orange Bank.

It is simpler and more advantageous to join Hello Bank but our customers remain free to choose.
