After already eleven rounds of discussions since the end of December, the first session
negotiation has really just begun.
With two last dates on the agenda: March 20 and 26.
The objective?
Find the toolbox intended to help raise the activity rate of 60-64 year olds, and improve the retention of seniors in employment with a view to raising the retirement age.
A meeting closely scrutinized by Prime Minister Gabriel Attal and his Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, who are working to “parasitize” the atmosphere by increasing pressure and threats towards the social partners.
Latest resounding outing to date: “The State must regain control of unemployment insurance definitively,” launched Bruno Le Maire in an interview with the newspaper Le Monde.
