He had everything to be happy in his work.
In 2018, Rochel Rahaga, aged 48 at the time, was at the head of three restaurants and around fifty employees.
Franchises of the Del Arte chain, located in Vesoul (Haute-Saône), Belfort (Territoire de Belfort) and Audincourt (Doubs).
Of course, a lot of resources had to be mobilized: around 900,000 euros for the first, that of Vesoul, opened in 2013.
The central management of Del Arte pushed him to quickly open two other addresses, each time guaranteeing additional income from significant rents (10,500 euros per month per restaurant).
Rochel gave in to the lure of growth and followed it up the following year with a second address in Belfort;
then again in 2015 in Audincourt.
Or 2.7 million euros invested in total, taken out of his pocket and supplemented by several bank loans.
