Former Macronist Secretary of State Laurent Pietraszewski will chair the board of directors of Casino once its buyers led by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky take control at the end of March, according to the distributor's financial documentation published Tuesday evening.
“On the date of completion of the financial restructuring”
