It's been four years since Patrick and Carole, 47, set down their suitcases in the green heart of the Préalpes d'Azur regional park, in Escragnolles, a small village of a few hundred souls 20 kilometers from Grasse (Alpes-Maritimes) .

This couple of family assistants, parents of three grown-up daughters who have all left the family nest, take care of five young people.

They share together a pretty powder pink villa with blue shutters.

However, it is not in front of this building that they welcome us, but on the neighboring land, located below.

It is here that, in January 2023, they embarked on a real estate adventure of a special kind.
