According to the seniority of the position, the average salary in the positions of
supervisor and boss
in February is

, with an increase of 17.76% compared to the previous month;
in the
semi-senior and senior
categories it is $629,305, with an increase of 17.74%;
and at junior levels it is $407,434, with an increase of 15.85%, Bumeran reported.
In junior positions, the
Production, Supply and Logistics
sector is the one with the highest salary demand during February, with $446,139.
This is followed by the Technology and Systems area ($433,081);
Administration and Finance ($429,451) and Human Resources ($429,000).
The rest of the sectors are below the
junior average, which is $407,434 per month

In the
semi-senior and senior positions
, the Production, Supply and Logistics area also presents the highest intended remuneration for February, with $722,907.
They are followed by Human Resources ($677,738);
Technology and Systems ($677,294) and Administration and Finance ($660,417).
The rest of the sectors are below the semi-senior and senior average, which is $629,305 per month.
During February,
the highest average required salaries
are in Information Technology, with $1,797,500 per month for supervisor or boss positions;
Industrial Engineering, with $1,200,000 for the semi-senior and senior levels;
and Process Engineering, with $712,500 per month for the junior segment.
On the contrary,
the positions with the lowest average salaries
are Maintenance and Cleaning, with $262,500 per month in the junior sector;
Maintenance and Cleaning with $320,000 for semi-senior and senior levels;
