After having already invested 100 million euros to relaunch its innovation in 2023 at a huge international R&D center in Saclay, the owner of Activia is doubling down, this time on training.
By 2030, it plans a budget of 100 million euros (and 1 million hours of training each year) to attract new talent, but above all to train its 100,000 employees for the professions of tomorrow.
