,” we can read in the explanatory memorandum of the proposed law aimed at remedying imbalances in the rental market in tense areas.
Co-written by Annaïg Le Meur, Renaissance MP for Finistère, in charge of a mission on the overhaul of rental taxation, the results of which will be revealed shortly, the text was adopted in the National Assembly on January 29 (100 votes “for » and 25 “against”).
It will soon be debated in the Senate.
In its current version, the text plans to lower the flat-rate deduction on taxable rents for furnished accommodation to 30%, whether classified or not, compared to 71 and 50% respectively until now.
