Now she is also launching an academic rights calculator for the reserve and permanent employees.
The calculator is relevant to all students in academic institutions and allows them to know which benefits they are entitled to, depending on the number of reserve days and their date, the type of degree and more.
Among the benefits that have already been given, you can find an exemption from courses, repetition and strengthening lessons, along with an emotional envelope that makes it easier to return to the study routine.

In the debate held in the Knesset's Economy Committee on the calculation of compensation for reservists, Attorney Dvir Indig, chairman of the "Order 8" association and lieutenant colonel in the reservists, stated that the calculation of the compensation paid by the state to reservists during the "Iron Swords" war should be changed

Indig also stated that the employers do not want to hire reservists in light of the fact that they do not receive full compensation from the state, and therefore the compensation for employers should be increased by 200% of the salary cost so that the reservists are reimbursed by the employers, and a compensation of 20% of the son's salary cost should be raised A couple for the spouses of the reservists.
Only such a change will guarantee peace to the reserve servants that their workplace will not be harmed due to their contribution to the country.
The "Order 8" association works to improve the conditions of the reserve servants and conduct a public struggle for the payment of full wages to the reserve servants.
