Awarded by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) this Tuesday, March 26 at 12:30 p.m. in Paris (7th arrondissement), at the ephemeral Grand Palais, the Environmental and Social Entrepreneur awards reward two women.
At the head of Label Gamelle, a cooperative which cooks, among others, for accommodation centers, Christine Merckelbagh also recruits her employees there.
As for Clotilde Gilbert, she hires ex-inmates on her restaurant boat, Quai Liberté.
“We are convinced that entrepreneurship represents one of the strong levers for creating impact and that actors in the social and solidarity economy are essential,” underlines Quentin Decouvelaere, senior associate director of BCG.
The accelerating effect of price and its ecosystem is undeniable.
