War economy: civilian companies mobilized to lend a hand to defense industries?

Built during the Cold War, the call for civilian industries is reactivated in a context of potential risk of high-intensity conflict.


“We do not need civilian industries to complete our effort,” we insist at the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
