According to a study by Flightright, a company specializing in claiming compensation for passengers, almost half of French people (43%) are unaware of their rights in the event of a canceled or delayed flight. “Already in 2018, a report from the European Commission showed that the majority of travelers did not file a complaint,” underlines Imane El Bouanani, legal manager at Flightright.
