ApoteoSurprise, a wedding agency, is launching this new service at 750,000 euros to transport you to an altitude of 35 kilometers.

It's a crazy bet: to dine among the stars... The ApoteoSurprise agency, specializing in the design of extravagant marriage proposals, is preparing to launch a brand new service... at 750,000 euros. In a press release, she promises

“the romantics of tomorrow to ask for the hand of their beloved at an altitude of 35 kilometers”

. Created in 2006, the company is an international reference in the world for the organization of events of this type.

Concretely, upon their arrival at the spaceport, customers will meet the co-pilot who will welcome them and invite them to board

“a spherical and futuristic space capsule offering comfort and cutting-edge equipment”

. In the center of the passenger compartment, a table will be set according to the rules of the art,

“in the style of the most refined Parisian restaurants”

boasts ApoteoSurprise. A robot, developed in partnership with a British start-up and equipped with artificial intelligence, StellarEmbrace will also be there. He will be able to adjust to the emotions and wishes of the couple, thus offering a unique interaction with them. He will even call the young woman by her first name and

“announce to her, by handing her a bouquet of roses, that a gourmet dinner for two in space awaits her,”

she adds.

35 kilometers above sea level

To keep its promise, Nicolas Garreau's agency will use a stratospheric balloon inflated with helium. The pressurized capsule will then begin

“two hours of peaceful ascent, the immense bay windows offering 360° breathtaking views of our planet”

. At 35 kilometers high,

“the space module will overlook 99% of the atmosphere, allowing the couple to contemplate the curvature of the Earth, its bluish halo and the total darkness of space. Like only 600 astronauts before them, the lovers will experience the overview effect, a cognitive change that will redefine their vision of the world and connect them to all of humanity,”

communicates the wedding agency.

Once at the table, the couple will enjoy a five-course gourmet dinner with wine and champagne that a famous French chef, with two Michelin stars, will have specially concocted for the occasion. On the music side, a carefully selected playlist will accompany the dining experience, with iconic tracks like

“Space Oddity”

by David Bowie,

“Across the Universe”

by the Beatles and

“Walking on the Moon”

by Police.

“Just before dessert, StellarEmbrace will humorously interrupt the tasting to inform the suitor that he has forgotten something important”

. The robot will immediately bring him a chest that the man must open with a code. He will then split in two, revealing an engagement ring in order to propose to his other half.

Once this climax has passed, the capsule will begin its slow descent. After a two-hour journey, the engaged couple will return to Earth,

“discovering that the robot has filmed every moment of the journey, from their arrival at the capsule to their tender goodbyes”

. Enough to give ideas to the most romantic!
