The largest and most prominent group is the Israel Business Forum, which includes about 200 business leaders and employs most of the workers in the private market in Israel. Among the members of the forum: Harel Wiesel, CEO of the Fox Group, Chaim Gabrieli, Chairman of Tnuva, Lior Raviv, CEO of the Isrotel hotel chain, Chai Galis, CEO of Big Shopping Centers, Eyal Hankin, CEO of the Azrieli Group, Hanan Friedman, CEO Bank Leumi, David Fatal, owner and founder of the Fatal hotel chain and many others from the largest group in the economy.
This is not the first time that the forum has taken a stand, when even during the social protest its members spoke out against the government's move. After the 7/10 massacre, the forum distributed a sum of NIS 1,000 to each resident of Otafa.

Another large employer who informed the employees that they are allowed to leave work early due to the demonstration is Chai Galis, CEO of the Big company that operates commercial centers throughout the country. Galis wrote to the employees that "Dear employees, tomorrow afternoon a large demonstration is being organized in Jerusalem. In light of requests from employees who are interested To take part in the demonstration, we, in the name of freedom of choice, will allow all employees who wish to do so to leave work early. Participation will not be considered a vacation."
Galis was one of the prominent managers in the economy who took a stand during the protest and even shut down the shopping centers.
Employees of the Meta company (Facebook) will also be able to take part in the demonstration, the company emphasizes that the company allows its employees to take part in any demonstration or activity that promotes any cause and they are the ones who choose what they want to take part in.
