In the video: Vojiha Dirani won 18 billion Lebanese pounds in the lottery grand prize/documentation in social networks according to Article 27 A of the Copyright Law
A woman in her 70s from the center of Haaretz is the only winner of the grand prize that was held on the 6th of the month. She won a prize of NIS 16 million, in the double lottery route.
The winner arrived at the Lottery house about a week and a half after the drawing. She said that "once every two weeks I regularly send a complete double lotto multi-lottery form of 10 tables, which continuously participates in 4 lotteries. I usually manually mark the first four tables with fixed numbers that accompany me for a long time. These particular numbers have no special meaning to me. There is no particular reason why I chose to stick with the same numbers. I guess, what has to happen happens."
The fourth table in the form, which she filled in manually, resulted in the winner winning the first prize. When she arrived a week later at the same lottery branch, she checked the form and found out that she had won: "I was very surprised to find out that I won. I had the form in my file for more than a week and I had no idea about it."
She added that "During the time I played with myself thinking what I would do if I won. One thing is certain, I have a dream that I promised myself, that if I win a prize, and it doesn't matter what the amount is, I will make sure to inscribe a Torah scroll in my parents' name."
This is not the only plan the winner has to do with the winning money: "I would really like to upgrade my current place of residence. Now I will have the opportunity to fulfill an old dream, a house with a garden. Something I have wanted for many years and I have always toyed with checking house prices even though I knew I did not have such an option You can say that I was quite aware of how much it would cost me to upgrade my property, long before I knew that I could fulfill this wish."
The winner also shared: "This period before the holiday symbolizes spring and blossoming and renewal and I feel that I am opening a new and exciting chapter in my life, with the fulfillment of the dreams I had."
