The results of the meeting held today at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, headed by Prime Minister Eng. Qaboun, Barzeh, Jobar and Yarmouk camp.

It was decided during the meeting to restructure and activate the directorates of housing cooperation in the governorates and the creation of new real estate development areas and the completion of development studies for informal settlements and the development of the national map of housing in implementation.

The Public Authority for Housing and the Regional Planning and Real Estate Development Authorities were asked to create small real estate development zones for economic housing, complete the necessary infrastructure works, present them to investors and establish controls that guarantee citizens' access to housing in a specific time and convenient installment mechanism.

They also discussed the reality of public construction companies “water projects, roads, bridges, construction and construction and the general company for telecommunications and electricity works” and ways to activate their role. The Regional Planning Commission was requested to complete the completion of the National Framework for Regional Planning in accordance with the timetable.
