Over the past week, many users have complained about a malfunction in the camera of Apple's new iPhone 14 Pro models.
According to consumer complaints on social networks and reports from a large number of technology websites, the malfunction occurs when using the camera in third-party applications - including Instagram, Tiktok and Snapchat.
In the videos and photos, distortions are visible accompanied by strong buzzing and grinding sounds and vibrations of the lens.
Now, for the first time, Apple addresses the problem officially, saying in response to the MacRumors website: "We are aware of the problem and a fix will be released next week."
According to estimates, the patch will be included in the iOS 16.0.2 update.

As reported, one of the victims is YouTuber Luke Miani, who published a short video on his Twitter account in which a particularly jarring (and scary) sound is heard emanating from the camera array on the back of the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Interestingly, the bug does not occur when using the iPhone's camera, indicating that the problem is related to the device's software and not Apple's hardware.
