This Tuesday, the fourth round of the ATP, the Work and Production Assistance program, begins to be paid, through which the State takes over part of the salaries of formal workers.
In this new stage, 274,557 companies were registered to request the corresponding aid for the payment of July wages.
The money is deposited directly into the worker's salary account. For this reason, to know when each employee should be paid, Anses set up a special website, which can be consulted here.
Once you enter the site, a sign appears on which you must write the worker's CUIL.
ANSES site to know when ATP is charged, the official aid for the payment of salaries.
Once the CUIL is typed, the site delivers a legend indicating when the worker's collection date is.
Special site of the ANSeS to know when the ATP is charged in August.
The ATP program had 248,000 companies in April, 250,000 in May and 218,000 in June, with 2.4, 2.1 and 1.8 million, respectively, of workers benefited. This Tuesday it will pay part of the salaries of 1.2 million employees in the private sector.
This time, the requirements to receive ATP are stricter than in previous broadcasts. The new scheme offers two options: the payment of the complementary salary or a loan at a subsidized rate.
To qualify for the first option, the central requirement is that the company's turnover in June 2020 of this year has been below the income of June 2019. This is measured in nominal terms, that is, without taking into account the effect of inflation. In previous editions, the scheme was more permissive, since it covered companies that exceeded the turnover of June of last year by 5%.
For companies that have billed between 0 and 30% more than in June 2019, the alternative that the State adds this time is that they access a guaranteed loan with a subsidized rate, which will be used exclusively to pay salaries. This benefit will only be available to firms with up to 800 employees.
According to the Central Bank regulations, the credits must be granted by all the banks of the system once the AFIP gives the OK. Banks will deposit funds directly into workers' accounts in no more than five days after AFIP's approval.
