Salah Abdeslam and nine other men suspected of being involved in the jihadist attacks perpetrated on March 22, 2016 in Brussels were definitively returned this Friday to the Assize Court of the Belgian capital, announced the federal prosecutor's office.
Six of these ten men are currently on trial in Paris.

"Ten defendants referred today to the Assize Court by the indictments chamber of Brussels," tweeted Eric Van Duyse, spokesman for the federal prosecutor's office.
As planned last January, a final procedural step validated this decision, and it is no longer subject to appeal.
The trial is scheduled to begin in a year.

Will be judged Salah Abdeslam, Osama Atar, presumed dead in Syria, Mohamed Abrini, known under the name of "man with the hat", Sofien Ayari, in prison on the day of the attacks but companion of Abdeslam and who is suspected to have participated to the organization of the attacks, Osama Krayem, Ali El Haddad Asufi, Bilal El Makhoukhi, Hervé Bayingana Muhirwa, as well as the brothers Ibrahim and Smail Farisi.
