"The recording of this trial will make it possible to demonstrate before history how a democracy has been led to try defendants for criminal terrorist acts", continues the ordinance.

All this while ensuring respect for the right to a fair trial, respect for adversarial proceedings, the exercise of the rights of the defense and guaranteeing the rights of victims.

The images thus collected will serve to constitute the historical archives of justice.
