Thanks to the health crisis, teleworking has seen a considerable increase, with official government recommendations strongly encouraging employers to use it.
Currently, there seems to be a desire for face-to-face feedback, both on the part of employees, who wish to be in the company of their colleagues, and employers, who want to have their employees on site.
Government guidelines are becoming more flexible.
“All teleworking” therefore seems to be no longer relevant, but many employees have to practice it a few days a week.
