After 5 seasons in which he moved us all through 'Wedding at First Sight', the star of the show psychologist Danny Freelander participates in a new commercial.

He participates in a new video of Cisco's innovation division in Israel (ET&I) and tries to help a female employee find the perfect match.

If not in a relationship, then maybe in a new workplace.

As part of the campaign that is being launched these days in honor of Valentine's Day, the psychologist of 'Wedding at First Sight' parallels the world of relationships with the world of work when most of us are looking for a relationship according to criteria and a specific list of requirements.

Thus it turns out that this is not necessarily what will lead to the success of the connection or relationship.

Danny explains how in both of them there is difficulty in finding a perfect connection and sometimes external help is required to reach the perfect match.

Is this a new career?

We leave it to your judgment.

Ran Rabenzaft, senior in the innovation division of Cisco Israel: "We are in the middle of a big hiring process, and the release of the video this week in honor of Tu Bab is without a doubt our opening shot for more great things to come.

The successful creative for the video came from our employees in the division and together with Danny Friedlander's acquaintances we created a video that appeals to a wide audience of developers in the high-tech community."

Ran adds and says: "In the coming year we will put emphasis on recruiting new employees from disadvantaged populations along with strengthening the brand of Cisco's innovation unit In Israel as the best place for developers in Israel.''

Cisco's innovation division in Israel, ET&I, which was born this year, consists of the two companies Epsagon and Portshift.

The companies were acquired by Cisco in recent years (Portshift for $100 million in 2020 and Opsagon for $500 million in 2021).

The division serves as a home for programmers and developers who work on streamlining the future in the field of cloud development: at Apsagon they build a product that helps developers solve production problems quickly and enable their customers to provide optimal services to users.

Portshift develops platforms that allow devops teams and security personnel extensive operational capabilities for the protection and control of cloud infrastructures.
