Should we continue, when the main person responsible for the accident is dead?
This Friday, the investigating judge in charge of the Puisseguin bus accident, announced that he had pronounced a dismissal in the case on October 14.
On October 23, 2015, in Puisseguin, Gironde, a truck crashed into a coach, killing 43 people.
According to the examining magistrate, the person who could be implicated, the driver of the truck, having died, it is not possible to give rise to legal proceedings.
The victims' lawyers appealed.
