Still empty at the start, it remained for a moment the territory of buzzards and sparrowhawks perched on the fences that line it.
This new generation expressway, known as “free flow”, which crosses the Allier from east to west and connects the A6 and the A71, foreshadows what motorways will be like in France ten years from now.
With a particularity of size: no toll.
