New York, SANA- Oil prices stabilized after hitting their highest level in several weeks earlier today, at the same time

Oil prices have stabilized after hitting a multi-week high earlier in the day as the threat of Hurricane Nicholas to crude production in the US Gulf Coast recedes.

According to Reuters, Brent crude ended the session up 21 cents, or 0.3 percent, to $75.67 a barrel, and US West Texas Intermediate crude ended the session unchanged at $72.61 a barrel.
