A month after winning the dubious title of "the most expensive city in the world", it turns out that Tel Aviv is the best city to live in in Israel, at least according to the CBS Quality of Life Index.

CBS has released today the index of quality of life in Israel. At least according to the dry statistics published by the Bureau, the best to live in Tel Aviv.
