After an incredible chase, a 36-year-old driver was presented this Thursday before the Paris Criminal Court.
The trio of magistrates ordered his release pending his trial on September 13.
Zaccaria is suspected of having, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday at the Porte de Clichy (17th century), refused to comply and injured a police officer who clung to his vehicle by dragging him for several meters.
