Since this Tuesday and for two months, Parisians have access to the latest initiative of Royal Canin (Mars group): a store in the colors of the specialist in premium food for cats and dogs, so far present only at veterinarians, in pet shops, shelters or among breeding professionals. Called the Atelier Félin, this ephemeral 100 m2 store in the Marais is a world first for the group with a turnover of 3.5 billion euros in 2019. A way to try out direct sales on its second market after the United States. But also to test an approach based on reinforced advice with customers, as well as new modes of consumption.
