The rivalry between two rival cities of Seine-Saint-Denis has undoubtedly made a new victim.
This Friday at the beginning of the evening, a young person from the district of 140, rue de Paris in Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis) was shot in the back.
He was transported to Henri-Mondor hospital in Créteil (Val-de-Marne) when his vital prognosis was engaged.
A suspect was arrested shortly after the incident and taken into police custody.
It is also a young person but from the rival city of Londeau.
This drama comes four months after a clash that had already opposed the two neighborhoods.
The victim at the time, who had received two stab wounds, was on the other hand from Londeau.

"It is far too early to be affirmative but the conflict which has opposed the two cities for ages seems more and more violent", notes a police source.
The shooter would have walked away quietly
The victim was quietly seated with some friends when a group of young people arrived.

"The shooter then left almost walking, his caliber in his hand," the same source wonders.
The Noisy-le-Sec police officers, quickly on the spot, left running to arrest a suspect not far from the scene.
According to our information, the weapon was not found.
But officials reportedly got their hands on the gunman's gloves, hat and neck warmer.
The Bobigny public prosecutor's office seized the departmental service of the judicial police (SDPJ 93) to conduct this investigation for attempted homicide.
Fear of retaliation
Police were instructed to secure the area for fear of reprisals.
