The Siemens Gamesa title soared by more than 12% on the Madrid Stock Exchange on Wednesday May 18.
In the morning, the German group Siemens Energy, shareholder of the manufacturer of wind turbines up to 67%, indicated, via a press release,
"to consider a cash offer for all the outstanding shares"
of Siemens Gamesa, with
"the intention of an exit from the Stock Exchange”
.
The German giant, however, said that it is still only a reflection and that
"no decision has been taken to date"
