After weeks at the top of toy sales in France, Barbie Color Reveal has been out of stock since the end of August.
Launched at the beginning of the year, the new model of the star doll from Mattel has been a hit since the deconfinement.
His secret?
You have to soak the doll in hot water to uncover her face, hair and body.
The American giant, world number one, had not expected such a success.

Since the end of containment, the toy market has experienced a rebound that professionals did not expect so quickly.
It has increased by 15% since May 11, showing only a slight decline of 1% since January, according to research firm NPD.
“In mid-August, more than 80% of sales lost during confinement were recovered,”
calculates Frédérique Tutt, toy expert at NPD.
