"Noam" is a direct continuation of "Vision Movement", "Libya Center", and a number of other names that seem to cover the same - the counter-war movement in the LGBT community. Apparently, the national ultra-Orthodox stream of Rabbi Zvi Tao, head of the Har Mor Yeshiva, found a convenient purpose for the LGBT community to direct the arrows, and most of these movements were aimed at harming the community. The term "normality" was probably taken from similar ventures in the United States. To the concept of grip on Judaism.
