With the help of Babbel, an international platform for the study of languages, the municipal administration is in fact looking for a US city that has characteristics similar to those of Terni, to expand its range of twinning and create a "meaningful and long-lasting bond".
The goal is to promote the figure of the saint of love and the fame of his bond with the Umbrian city also overseas.
As for the characteristics required, these will refer not only to the theme of romanticism that evokes San Valentino, but also to other areas, such as naturalistic or industrial. The name of the winning city of the "call" will be announced on February 14, 2021.
