Actor Jerry Stiller, who is known for the "King of the Neighborhood" and "Seinfeld" series, died at the age of 92 in natural circumstances, actor Ben Stiller confirmed in a tweet posted to his Twitter page on Monday.
Jerry Stiller was an American Jewish actor and comedian. He was successful early in the 1960s as part of the comic duo Stiller and Mira, with his successful and famous actress wife Ann Mira, who passed away in 2015.
Stiller is best known to the public for his roles as Frank Costanza from the "Seinfeld" series and Arthur Spooner from "The Neighborhood King." In 2001, he starred in the movie "Zolander" and starred his son, Ben Stiller, and over the years appeared in numerous guest roles in his films.
"I'm saddened that my father, Jerry Stiller, has died of natural circumstances," actor Ben Stiller tweeted in a tweet posted to his Twitter and garnered thousands of likes and comforting comments from fans and colleagues in minutes.
"He was a wonderful father and grandfather and devoted to his wife Ann for 62 years. We will miss him dearly. Love you Dad."
