(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 07 - "We have just left the court, we do not know the final decision. We will go to the Prosecutor's Office to try to find out and we will make it known": Patrick Zaki 's lawyer, Hoda Nasrallah, at the end of the umpteenth hearing at the court in Cairo, called to decide on the fate of the Egyptian researcher student at the University of Bologna, in prison for eight months. Shortly before the same lawyer had stated that he hoped for his release, specifying that in any case the procedure provides for a few days for his release. "Let's hope it's the right time. Eight months of jail for an innocent person should and could be enough for a ruthless judicial system like the Egyptian one", commented Riccardo Noury, spokesman for AmnestyInternational Italy.
