(ANSA) - MILAN, JANUARY 23 - "After confirming the serious errors" that "blocked the Lombardy Region, the locomotive of Italy, in the red zone, the associations of traders and entrepreneurs have decided to propose a class action against unresponsible for damages incurred".
The lawyer writes in a note.
Francesco Borasi who, with his colleague Angelo Leone, has already collected the adhesions for the maxi cause of three associations and about 20 merchants.
"We took action to ask the Region for documents - explains ANSA Borasi - for the purposes of the compensation request" due to the alleged miscalculation of the Rt index (ANSA).
