  • For oatmeal:

    • 200 grams of butter

    • ½ Brown sugar (100 g)

    • 3 tablespoons white sugar (30 g)

    • 1 yolk

    • ¾ Kusk flour (105 g)

    • 1 cup thin oats

    • ½ Spoon baking powder

    • ⅓ as a baking soda

    • Pinch of salt

  • For the crack pie filling:

    • 1 cup white sugar (200 g)

    • ½ Brown sugar (100 g)

    • 1 teaspoon milk powder

    • ½1 teaspoons cornflour

    • 150 grams of melted butter

    • 100 grams of sweet cream

    • 3 egg yolks in size L

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make a quick crack pie?

  • 1

    Prepare the tartlet:

    Transfer all the ingredients to a food processor with a metal blade and grind in pulses until a uniform dough is obtained.

    Flatten the resulting dough in a 26 cm diameter pie pan - start at the sides and move to the bottom. Perforate with a fork and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • 2 Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Remove the frozen tartlet and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

  • 3 Prepare the stuffing: Mix all the ingredients together until a uniform mass is obtained.

    Pour it over the batter and bake for 30-35 minutes (still at 180 degrees).
