Of all the various pie versions, the crack pie is without a doubt the most addictive version and did not happen to get a name from Sam.

The preparation of the crack pie is not complicated, but it does require quite a few steps - first make a huge oatmeal cookie, then crumble or grind it, mix with butter and only then fasten to the pan.

Ingredients
For oatmeal:
200 grams of butter
½ Brown sugar (100 g)
3 tablespoons white sugar (30 g)
1 yolk
¾ Kusk flour (105 g)
1 cup thin oats
½ Spoon baking powder
⅓ as a baking soda

For the crack pie filling:
1 cup white sugar (200 g)
½ Brown sugar (100 g)
1 teaspoon milk powder
½1 teaspoons cornflour
150 grams of melted butter
100 grams of sweet cream
3 egg yolks in size L
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make a quick crack pie?

Prepare the tartlet:
Transfer all the ingredients to a food processor with a metal blade and grind in pulses until a uniform dough is obtained.
Flatten the resulting dough in a 26 cm diameter pie pan - start at the sides and move to the bottom. Perforate with a fork and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Remove the frozen tartlet and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

3 Prepare the stuffing: Mix all the ingredients together until a uniform mass is obtained.
Pour it over the batter and bake for 30-35 minutes (still at 180 degrees).
